TPE Flexible Cables

TPE flexible cable uses thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) as the insulation/jacket, combining rubber-like elasticity with the easy processability of plastics. Its key characteristics and applications are as follows. In terms of characteristics, **high flexibility is the core**: bend radius of only 5-7 times the cable outer diameter, dynamic flex life of over ten thousand cycles, suiting high-frequency motion scenarios. Wide temperature range (-40 °C to +105 °C): no brittle cracking at low temperatures and no deformation at high temperatures. It also resists oil, grease, acids and alkalis, achieves halogen-free flame retardance to UL94 V-0, and complies with the RoHS environmental standard. Applications span multiple fields: industrial automation (robot joints, machine tool drag chains), medical equipment (patient monitor cables supporting sterilization), new energy (charging pile cables) and consumer electronics (fast-charging phone cables). It adapts to complex working conditions and is gradually replacing traditional PVC cables.
