Medium-Speed Drag Chain Cables

The conductors of drag chain cables use a bundle-stranding plus re-stranding process with multiple ultra-fine copper wires (for example, a single conductor is made by stranding dozens or even hundreds of fine copper wires each under 0.1 mm, and then multiple such bundles are stranded together again). This structure disperses bending stress to the maximum, so the conductors do not break easily even under repeated flexing. Some high-end products also tin-plate the conductor surface for enhanced oxidation resistance.
