Fiber Couplers
An optical fiber coupler is a core passive optical component that requires no power supply. It splits and combines optical signals through evanescent field coupling between fibers, and its ports are bidirectional. The mainstream manufacturing process is fused biconical tapering (FBT), in which multiple fibers are fused and tapered to form a coupling region, with the splitting ratio customized to requirements. Common configurations include 1×2, 2×2 and 1×4. The component features low insertion loss and high isolation, with a compact structure and strong environmental adaptability. It is mainly divided into standard splitting couplers and WDM (wavelength division multiplexing) couplers: the former is used for splitting in PON broadband and CATV networks, while the latter multiplexes and demultiplexes multi-wavelength signals. Widely used in optical fiber communications, fiber-optic sensing, laser equipment and optical power monitoring, it is a fundamental component for optical network expansion and optical path reuse.

Fiber Adapter Panels
A fiber faceplate, also known as a fiber desktop faceplate or information faceplate, is mostly used at indoor low-voltage outlets together with a fiber termination box. It is mostly made of flame-retardant plastic with a simple appearance, fits standard 86-type mounting boxes and is easy to install. The faceplate is pre-punched with openings for SC and LC fiber adapters, and can accept the incoming drop fiber to bring the optical path out to connect to the optical modem (ONT). An internal fiber slack storage space protects the fiber from bend damage, and the dust cover keeps out dirt. Commonly used at FTTH outlets in homes, offices and shops, it keeps cabling tidy while combining aesthetics and protection, and is an accessory for indoor fiber termination cabling.

Fiber Distribution Frame
An optical fiber patch panel is the standard rack-mount patching equipment for equipment rooms, mostly 19-inch rack-mount type with a rugged and durable metal housing. Internally equipped with splice trays, adapter mounting slots and cable routing rings, it can perform cable fixing, fusion splicing, optical path patching and storage of spare fiber slack. Supporting SC, LC and other fiber connector types, it is available in 12-, 24-, 48- and 96-fiber versions and can centrally manage multiple backbone fibers for flexible circuit patching and routing. With the advantages of low insertion loss and easy maintenance, it is widely used in telecom equipment rooms, data centers and enterprise low-voltage telecom racks to keep fiber routes organized and facilitate expansion and troubleshooting. It is the core patching device for optical links in equipment rooms.

Fiber Splice Closure
Optical fiber splice closures come in mainstream designs categorized by installation method and are primarily used to splice and protect optical cables, suiting a variety of outdoor scenarios. Main types Horizontal (dome-type) splice closure: Compact and easy to install, suitable for splicing aerial and duct optical cables. Fiber Distribution Boxes
An optical fiber distribution box is the core passive distribution device in an ODN network. It comes in two types: indoor wall-mounted and outdoor waterproof. The enclosure is made of SMC or cold-rolled steel with dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-aging protection. Internally it integrates a splice tray, adapters, fiber slack storage and a splitter mounting position, and can perform cable fixing and grounding, fusion splice protection, pigtail storage and optical path distribution and routing, keeping fiber routing orderly and avoiding bend loss. Common capacities range from 12 to 144 fibers, suiting PON FTTH, residential corridor, base station and campus telecom closet applications. An optical splitter can be built in for multi-branch splitting. It simplifies optical link operation and maintenance and makes line expansion and fault repair convenient, serving as the key transfer node from the backbone cable to user terminals. It is widely used in broadband communications, security surveillance and industrial optical transmission scenarios.
