Network Cable Series

Network cables are mainly made of copper and are divided into shielded and unshielded categories. Core models are matched to different scenarios by performance level, meeting transmission needs from homes to enterprises. Copper cable models and scenarios CAT5e: Supports 1000 Mbps for homes and small offices, connecting computers, routers, printers, etc. CAT6/CAT6A: CAT6 transmits 10 Gbps (within 90 m), and CAT7 up to 100 m, for enterprise equipment rooms and HD surveillance, suited to high-bandwidth devices. Most network cables are used in campus buildings, inter-city branch networks and long-distance in-building cabling, such as connections between IDC equipment rooms and the Internet.

Network Modules

A network module (information outlet jack) is the core interface component connecting cabling to equipment. It is divided into copper and optical fiber modules to suit different cabling systems. Copper modules such as CAT5e, CAT6 and CAT7 match network cables of the same category to enable data transmission, supporting rates of 1000 Mbps / 10 Gbps. For high-bandwidth, long-distance transmission, common SFP and QSFP optical modules are available. Copper modules are used in wall outlets and patch panels for homes/enterprises to connect computers, switches and other devices, while optical modules are deployed in data centers and campus equipment rooms to connect servers and core switches, meeting high-speed interconnection needs.

Network Patch Panels

A network patch panel is the core component for centrally managing network cables. It comes in different models by port count and application to suit all kinds of cabling scenarios. Port count classification: Common 24-port and 48-port versions, with a few 12-port versions; 24-port is the mainstream choice for enterprises and equipment rooms. Performance classification: CAT5e, CAT6 and CAT6A grades, matching network cables of the same category and supporting rates from 1000 Mbps to 10 Gbps. Application scenarios: Enterprise equipment rooms / telecom closets - connecting switches to wall outlets for easy management of workstation networks. Data centers: Paired with CAT6A or higher grade, centrally managing high-speed links to servers and storage devices for convenient maintenance.

Network Patch Cords

Network patch cords are mainly used to connect network devices, enabling signal transmission between devices through standardized interfaces. They also serve core functions such as protecting backbone cables, improving cabling flexibility and complying with international standards. Used to connect core network devices such as servers, switches and routers for high-speed data transmission, they achieve flexible connection between network cables and terminal devices through telecom boxes, patch panels and other structures.

Network Faceplates

A network faceplate is a cabling product in the work area cabling subsystem used to hold modules and protect the cables at information outlets. Its performance and appearance directly affect the cabling result. It supports installation of various modules and is terminated to the T568B wiring standard. Telephone Voice System

The voice system is used in structured cabling systems for terminating voice cables in telecom closets and equipment rooms. It supports the T568A and T568B wiring standards, with transmission performance exceeding the TIA/EIA-568-B.2 and ISO/IEC 11801 Category 5e requirements, and can simultaneously terminate voice, fax and data services. Its components are made of flame-retardant polycarbonate with nickel-plated phosphor bronze contact terminals, ensuring safety and stable connections. Product specifications cover configurations from 25-pair to 300-pair, suited to installation in 19-inch standard racks, and it is widely used for horizontal cabling and equipment room subsystems in equipment room projects.
