CAT7 High-Speed Data Ethernet Cable, Industrial Grade, CE 60228, VDE 0295 Class 5 Standard

The CAT7 industrial-grade cable complies with the CE-certified EN 50173 and IEC 61156-5 standards, featuring an S/FTP double-shielded structure, 600MHz bandwidth, data rates up to 10Gbps within 100 meters, conductors mostly 22-24AWG bare copper, temperature resistance from -25℃ to 80℃, and an oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant jacket. Applied in industrial scenarios with strong interference: Factory workshop equipment and control cabinet wiring, withstanding electromagnetic interference from motors, etc. Industrial Ethernet (e.g., EtherCAT), core IoT nodes. Ships, data centers and other demanding environments requiring highly stable transmission.

Construction

Conductor: solid bare copper conductor (per IEC 60228, VDE 0295, Class 5 standard)
Insulation: special polymer
Pairing: two insulated wires twisted into a pair, 4 pairs in total (colors: white-blue, white-orange, white-green, white-brown)
Shielding: S/FTP (pair aluminum foil shielding + tinned copper braid)
Outer jacket: LSZH (low smoke zero halogen), color: black (RAL9005); other colors available on request
