HYA-10 Pairs Large Pair Count Cable

HYA is an outdoor type copper-conductor, solid polyolefin-insulated, moisture-barrier polyethylene-sheathed, steel-plastic-tape-armored polyethylene-sheathed telecommunication cable with a single-sheath structure: the armoring is plastic-coated steel-tape armoring, after which a polyethylene sheath is added to complete the cable. It is mainly used for transmitting audio, analog signals of 150kHZ and below, and digital signals of 2048kbit/s and below. Under certain conditions, it can also be used to transmit digital signals above 2048kbit/s.

Product Applications

This product is mainly used for the urban and township telecommunication lines of the local telecommunication network, and is also applicable to private network lines accessing the public network
The outdoor type armored mechanical protection layer increases the mechanical strength of the cable and improves its resistance to erosion. It is a telephone cable designed for areas prone to mechanical damage and erosion
It can be installed in ducts or aerially, and is more suitable for direct burial

Features

Conductor: annealed bare copper wire, with copper wire diameters of 0.40, 0.50, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80 and 0.90mm
Insulation material: high-density polyethylene; the colors of the insulated wires conform to the full color code standard
Insulated pairs: single insulated wires are twisted into pairs at different lay lengths, and the prescribed color code combinations are used to identify the pairs, which reduces mutual interference crosstalk between pairs and keeps power loss low
Mechanical protection layer: 0.15mm double-sided plastic-coated corrugated steel tape is applied helically or longitudinally over the base cable; the steel tape surface is specially treated to prevent corrosion and moisture ingress
Shielding: 0.2mm thick double-sided plastic-coated aluminum tape, corrugated (or non-corrugated), is longitudinally wrapped over the core wrapping tape, with the overlap bonded
Jacket: polyethylene PE sheath

DC resistance (20℃): 0.4mm≤148Ω/km; 0.5mm≤95.0Ω/km; 0.6mm≤65.8Ω/km; 0.8mm≤36.6Ω/km
Insulation dielectric strength: no breakdown between conductors at 1kv for 1min; no breakdown between conductor and shield at 3kv for 1min
Insulation resistance: each core grounded together with the remaining cores, greater than 10000MΩ.km for gas-filled cable
Mutual capacitance: average value 52±2nF/km
Far-end crosstalk attenuation: at 150kHZ, the power average value of the specified combinations is greater than 69dB/km
Ambient operating temperature: -30℃ to +60℃

Packaging method: all products are delivered on standard reels with solid wood drums, the surface of which is treated with anti-slip finish, convenient for transportation and laying operations
Standard length: 305m (1000ft) per reel by default; for other customized lengths (e.g., 500m/1000m), please specify clearly when ordering
Customization service: customized production of parameters such as conductor specification, jacket color and pair count is supported; production lead time for customized orders should be negotiated in advance
