HYA53-50 Pairs Large Pair Count Cable

HYA53 is a copper-conductor, solid polyolefin-insulated, moisture-barrier polyethylene-sheathed, steel-tape-armored polyethylene-sheathed local telecommunication cable with a double-sheath structure: the first layer is a longitudinally applied aluminum-plastic composite tape bonded with the moisture-barrier polyethylene sheath, and the second layer is formed by adding a polyethylene sheath after steel-tape armoring. It is mainly used for transmitting audio, analog signals of 150kHZ and below, and digital signals of 2048kbit/s and below. Under certain conditions, it can also be used to transmit digital signals above 2048kbit/s.

Features
  • Conductor: annealed bare copper wire, with copper wire diameters of 0.40, 0.50, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80 and 0.90mm
  • Insulation material: high-density polyethylene; the colors of the insulated wires conform to the full color code standard
  • Insulated pairs: single insulated wires are twisted into pairs at different lay lengths, and the prescribed color code combinations are used to identify the pairs, which reduces mutual interference crosstalk between pairs and keeps power loss low
  • Mechanical protection layer: the inner first layer is an aluminum-plastic composite tape, and the second layer is steel-tape armoring; the steel tape surface is specially treated to prevent corrosion and moisture ingress
  • Shielding: 0.2mm thick double-sided plastic-coated aluminum tape, corrugated (or non-corrugated), is longitudinally wrapped over the core wrapping tape, with the overlap bonded
  • Jacket: polyethylene PE sheath

  • DC resistance (20℃): 0.4mm≤148Ω/km; 0.5mm≤95.0Ω/km; 0.6mm≤65.8Ω/km; 0.8mm≤36.6Ω/km
  • Insulation dielectric strength: no breakdown between conductors at 1kv for 1min; no breakdown between conductor and shield at 3kv for 1min
  • Insulation resistance: each core grounded together with the remaining cores, greater than 10000MΩ.km for gas-filled cable
  • Mutual capacitance: average value 52±2nF/km
  • Far-end crosstalk attenuation: at 150kHZ, the power average value of the specified combinations is greater than 69dB/km
  • Ambient operating temperature: -30℃ to +60℃
