Product Features
  • Extremely wide temperature adaptability: -180℃ to 700℃ for long-term use, up to 750℃ maximum; certain specifications are available for the -60~150℃ and -180~300℃ ranges.
  • Excellent cable mechanical performance, meeting the demanding requirements of downhole operations.
  • Fully sealed structure, withstanding ≥60 MPa, with outstanding high-pressure resistance.
  • Protected by three layers of metal tubes (aluminum tube, stainless steel inner tube, outer stainless steel tube), with strong resistance to high corrosion and high temperature.
Color Coding
  • (1) Fiber Color (for 1-2 fibers)
  • The tight-buffered fiber color isnatural, and when the fiber count is expanded, industry-standard color coding (blue, orange, etc.) can be applied.
  • (2) Cable Color
  • Metallic (natural color of the three-layer metal tubes)
  • Note: The default color of the outer jacket (outer stainless steel tube) of standard oil well temperature sensing cables is natural metal; surface treatment can be customized as required.
