Suitable for temperature monitoring in high-temperature, high-pressure and highly corrosive environments, such as oil extraction, chemical production, and high-temperature equipment operation and maintenance.
Suitable for industrial scenarios with high requirements on protection grade and air-tight pressure resistance, such as high-pressure vessels, deep-well operations, and cabling in harsh environments.

Product features

Multi-layer metal protection structure: inner SUS 304 seamless steel tube, middle pure aluminum tube, and outer SUS 316L seamless steel tube, delivering excellent protection performance.
Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures: long-term operating temperature -40℃~+300℃, short-term up to -60℃~+350℃, suitable for extreme temperature conditions.
Excellent mechanical strength: long-term tensile load <2000N and short-term tensile load <5000N, with outstanding crush and impact resistance.
Air-tight pressure resistance >60MPa, excellent sealing performance, resistant to electrochemical corrosion, suitable for high-pressure, humid and corrosive environments.
Stable thermal expansion coefficient (17.3×10⁻⁶m/m℃) and bending radius ≥127mm, providing strong adaptability for installation.
