Two-Fiber Figure-8 Indoor Optical Cable (GJPFJV)

The two-fiber figure-8 optical cable uses Φ900µm or Φ600µm tight-buffered fibers as the optical transmission medium, covered with a layer of aramid as the strength member, and finished with an outer extruded figure-8 jacket of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or low smoke zero halogen material (LSZH, low smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant).

Applications

• Duplex fiber patch cords or pigtails

• Indoor riser and plenum grade cabling

• Interconnection of instruments and communication equipment
